Do I need to download my certificate?

Yes. You may be randomly selected for a CE audit and will need to upload your certificate into the gateway. It is your responsibility to keep up with your certificate.
How long will I have access to this course?

You will only have access to any course until December 31 of the year in which the training is launched.
When will my certificate expire for this course?

Your certificate will expire December 31 of each year. EX: If you took the training in 2023 and received a certificate, your certificate will be good for 2023 CE requirements only. Attestation and possible auditing of 2023 CE would be done during the 2024 renewal period.
What kind of CE will this be?

This CE will count towards opioid abuse and prevention or some other drug of abuse or addiction-related CE credit.
When can I use the CE I received to get credit?

The CE you obtained from taking the training can only be counted for the year that you took the course. For example, if you completed the training in 2023, you would not attest that you completed it until your 2024 renewal. At that time, if you are audited you will produce documentation of CE completed between January 1, 2023-December 31, 2023.
I forgot to download my certificate, where can I download it?

Once you sign up/login, click the icon in the top right corner by your name. A menu should drop down, and you will need to select "My Account". You will see "Certificates" to the left.
